There will be absolutely NO late registration accepted.

  • There will be no refunds issued for any reason.
  • NSF fee of $35 will be charged for checks returned.
  • Players will not be assigned to teams until payment has cleared the bank.

Mail-In Registration

  • Download the Registration Form and mail it to NDFSA P.O. Box 134 Brownsville, WI 53006
  • Mail-In Registration must be post marked no later than May 15, 2018

Walk-In Registration

Walk-In Registration will be held at Lomira Quad Graphics Library located at 427 S Water St in Lomira.

  • Saturday, March 10 10:00am-12:00pm
  • Saturday, April 28 10:00am-12:00pm

Coaches will contact players with practice schedule.

  • Grades 5K – 4th play Tuesday or Thursday evenings
  • Grades 5th – 8th play on Saturday mornings

Volunteer participation is needed to help keep our league going. Please consider volunteering to help in one of the following areas:

  • Coach (no experience necessary, everyone starts this way) – must attend coaches clinic held on July 17, 2017, 6:00-9:00pm – Must complete volunteer application
  • Referee – paid for games; must attend ref clinic held on July 18, 2017, 6:00-9:00 pm.
  • Team Representative – Responsible for distributing league & team information to all team families, set up concession stand schedule for the night that your team is scheduled to run the concession stand, ensure that there are always two unrelated adults at all team activities (including but not limited to practices & games), to keep league in compliance with SAY's "Times Two" policy.
  • Sponsor - $200 sponsor fee includes business logo on team shirt, logo on website with link to business web page, plaque with team picture at the end of the season, team shirt.

Registration fee includes a t-shirt, field usage, SAY membership, and one team photo
